Modular Home Plans For Your Ideal Home
By James R Blunt
Finding great floor plans is one way that a person can have their
dream home built. By searching on the internet, a person can find
all they wish to know about modular homes and the plans available.
If a person is trying to decide between modular homes and site
built homes, then finding the perfect set of modular plans on
the internet can help to sway one in the direction of a green
home instead of the cookie cutter house that everyone else has.
Knowing which websites to visit to begin the journey can make
looking for modular home plans that much easier.
Search Online To Find Modular Home Plans
One of the first websites to visit to find perfect plans, is
one from a dealer of these homes. Some examples may include Nationwide,
Clayton or Hawks. While looking, one can find home plans for site
built homes or for manufactured and modular homes that can also
be fully customized.
Finding a modular home dealer will help in the beginning of the
process to select the perfect plans to fit a person’s lifestyle.
No matter where in the world a person lives, they can find a dealer
that can show existing plans or help to customize the plans to
the customers specifications.
Seeking The Help Of An Architect
When a person thinks of finding modular home plans they rarely
think of seeking out an architect to help. However, at Dwell homes,
that is exactly who one will work with to achieve the perfect
home for their lifestyle.
These modern factory built homes are eye pleasing and great for
the environment, all at the same time. Even if one is not particularly
interested in the modern look, it is time well spent to at least
look at the work they produce.
Remember that architects can create to their client’s terms.
Additionally, these homes will open up the eyes of anyone who
thinks negatively about modular homes. Visit www.thedwellhomesbyempyrean.com

will more than likely be the same. A person who is considering
this type of home will likely choose it over a site built home
for the energy efficiency and the ease of building. Every type
of home from modern to log can be found within the modular home
category.
A person can find the plans for their perfect dream home by just
doing a simple search on the internet.

Little Known Modular Homes Facts....
What are modular homes?
Modular homes are the kissing cousin of the
mobile home industry. Both are manufactured in a factory environment
and then brought out to your building site. Modular homes never have
wheels though. They are designed and built in segments. The segments
or mods are then brought out and assembled.
It is hard to imagine but the first modular homes were offered
in a Sears and Roebuck catalog. These "kit" homes ranged
in price from $695 to $4115 and were delivered by railcar. You
had to assemble the home yourself. Sears stopped carrying the
kit homes after the Great Depression and you no longer have to
assemble the house yourself.
