Party Tents For Better Social Events
By Joel F Morningstar
Party tents are an ideal solution for covering your outdoor events
or work area. They are totally portable but are easily set up,
to provide protection and security.
Party tents are in incredibly high demand for outdoor events
such as wedding receptions, auctions, and exclusive garden dinners.
You can rent or purchase a variety of styles and sizes of tents
and provide the services necessary for installation and removal.
They are delivered in sections so you can always add more sections
to your party tent if you need.
Party tents are mostly quite easy to install. Party tents are
totally portable but are easily set up to provide protection and
security. However, you should review your options and keep a few
things in mind before taking such a thing on rent or purchase
to use for all your social events.
Party Tents Are Ideal For Home Or Business
Unlike comparable products, party tents are truly affordable
making them ideal for both home and commercial use. Party tents
are also more flexible than existing facilities because you have
more options regarding where and how you want to have your party.
They are safer and usually last longer than metal ones, but as
a result wooden sets generally cost more. Northern white cedar
is the premium material for swing sets because it lasts longer
than most other woods and metals.
Wooden swing sets are sturdier than most metal swing sets, supporting
around 50 pounds more per child than typical outdoor play sets.
Wooden outdoor swing sets also tend to last longer than metal
and plastic swing sets, which start to show signs of wear and
tear within a few years.
Social Event In A Party Tent
I have always found it funny how people create space. For example,
imagine milling around in a field with a bunch of other people.
Imagine that there are a few tables set up, and that food and
drinks are being searched.
There is nothing in this field except for the tables, the grub,
and the people. Feels a little bit awkward, doesn’t it? Feels
like almost a party, but without location. Now imagine setting
up a few party tents above the crowd. Imagine that there is a
party canopy with some happy birthday banner hanging from it.
Provide Shelter From The Sun And Wind
On one level, nothing has changed. The same people are there,
the same refreshments are being served, and it is still out in
the middle of a field. Yet somehow, you have given the event location.
This is what a party tent can do.
Party tents are pretty amazing like that. They have been around
since at least the Middle Ages, if not before. There are some
practical aspects to party tents. They provide shelter from the
sun, and even some limited protection from the wind.
A Feeling Of Inside And Outside
All in all, however, they are nearly useless for protection against
the elements. They can make you more comfortable, but it’s not
like having an enclosed room. What is great about party tents
is that they provide you with a feeling of inside and outside.
Once one is set up, you are either at an event in the party tent,
or walking around outside the party tent. Without that tent, you
are just milling about in the middle of the field.
Add Color To Your Event
Of course, party tents can do more than provides a definition
of space. They add a lot of color to your event. You don’t need
a circus tent to create a feeling of spectacle. A moderately priced,
moderately sized party rental tent will do the trick just fine.
It creates the feeling of something unusual and special. Tents
mean festival to people, and therefore your party – whether it
is big or small – is a festival of sorts. Although they can cost
a lot of money to rent, they are a lot cheaper than an indoor
space.
You can get them for a fraction of the price, and they can transform
your backyard into a parade ground. That is why I use them for
all of my summer parties. As long as the weather holds, party
tents are the way to go.
Protection Against The Weather
Party tents have vertical walls enabling them to be close to
buildings giving maximum use of floor area. They start from 10’
x 10' and go up to 40' x 20. Party tents are usually only rented
if the weather seems like it will be bad but the fact is that
the nice weather and the mediocre weather are the biggest culprits
for a ruined party.
Without a tent, too much sun is as bad as rain, everyone will
be wet with sweat. A bit of rain may as well be pouring down a
storm, since once everyone is damp they might as well be soaked.
Party tents are popping up all along the block to protect the
guests.
